Quality Policy


The principal objective of Tradepol Group is fulfilling client needs and expectations in relation to premium-quality products and services. A necessary prerequisite for the development and success of Tradepol Group is the monitoring of client satisfaction, meeting client expectations regarding products and services and their continuous improvement. In order to meet these conditions and requirements, the company has implemented a management system based on the process-based model compliant with PN-EN ISO 9001:2009. The Quality Policy is implemented via the following strategic objectives:

  • continuous development of products to permanently ensure their high quality and guarantee consumer satisfaction
  • performance of services in a timely manner with compliance to applicable safety standards and the highest standards of execution
  • implementation of innovative technologies in order to respond to growing customer requirements
  • partnership cooperation with suppliers
  • implementation of financial plans
  • continued improvement of our processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
  • ongoing development of the competencies of our employees and the observance of occupational health and safety standards
  • restricting the negative impact of production activities on the environment

The implementation of the Quality Policy and ensuring the effective functioning of the Quality Management System and its continuous improvement are aimed at increasing client trust in the quality of our products and services, and strengthening of the brands’ position on the market. The direct involvement of the management in the implementation, continuation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System guarantees the achievement of objectives and undertaken obligations. Moreover, we declare full compliance with the legal provisions relating to our activities and products. Our Quality Management System has been certified by DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. – certificate no. 000210014/1.
